a.m. and 12 noon. |

Forms are to be filled and returned on the same day by
1.00 p.m. |

No need to queue up on the previous night, as admission
does not depend on how early you get a form. |

While filling the form you will require |
|
|
|
Two, ( 3 inch x 2 inch ) family photograph of the parents
with the child which will be affixed on the form. |
|
|
|
Xerox copy of the birth certificate. |
|
|
|
Xerox copy of the ration card having the name of the child
to be admitted. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Note : your child must be 4 years complete on or before
june 2008 ( the boy must be born between june 2003 and
june 2004 ) |

|
|
|
You are reminded to take forms and seek admission in other
schools as well, as there are many schools in the vicinity.
We cannot accommodate all those applying. Last year there
were over 500 applicants for the 180 seats. |

New admissions for standards 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 ( boys
only ) |

Kindly note that there
will be a written test in english and maths for the above
classes. The portion will be the ssc syllabus of the
standard in which the student is presently studying.
Test for std 1 will
be on monday, 14th april 2008 at 10 a.m.
Test for std 2 and 3
will be on tuesday, 15th april 2008 at 10 a.m.
Test for std 4 and 5
will be on wednesday, 16th april 2008 at 10 a.m. |

Applications for standards 1, 2, 3 , 4 and 5 will be
accepted only between 1st and 4th april
2008. |

be addressed to the headmaster along with the following

3) mother’s name
4) full address
5) telephone number
6) religion / caste
7) xerox of birth
certificate of the student
8) xerox of first term
report
9) name of the school
in which presently studying

of the student behind the photograph |

The results will be
declared on wednesday, 7th may 2008.
All admissions are
subject to availability of seats. |

Applications for
standards 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 must be submitted between
28th april and 2nd may 2008 along
with a xerox of the final report of this present academic
year and a xerox of the birth certificate. The results will
be declared on friday, 9th may 2008. |
