Note: Admission for boys only.

Admission forms will be available on Saturday, January 9, 2010 between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

These forms are to be filled and returned on the same day by 1p.m.

There is no need to queue up on the previous night, as admission does not depend on how early you get the form.

Cost per form Rs. 100/- (rupees on hundred only)

While filling the form you will require

• Two, (3 inch x 2 inch) family photographs of the parents with the child which will be affixed on the form.
• Xerox copy of the birth certificate of the child.
• Xerox copy of the ration card.

Kindly note: your son must be 4 years complete on or before June 2010.

The boy must be born between June 2005 and June 2006.

You are reminded to take forms and seek admission in other schools as well, as there are many schools in the vicinity. We cannot accommodate all those applying. Last year there were over 600 applicants for the 180 seats.
