Our
world is facing both rapid and complex changes. Organizations and
religious congregations must transform to meet the challenges. Today,
we need leaders who can instill trust, inculcate values and inspire
hope. |
The
Xavier Institute of Leadership (XIL) was started on July 1st, 1999, at
St. Xavier’s High School to conduct Leadership Seminars both in India
and abroad for educators, businessmen, professionals, pastors, lay
leaders, religious superiors and heads of organizations. |
These seminars were conducted earlier by Fr. Anthony A. D’Souza under
the auspices of the Xavier Institute of Management (XIM) and the
Bombay St. Xavier’s College Society. Each Seminar is customized and
tailored to meet the needs of the participants. |
